My husband and I went to look at cars my 2008 Nitro was getting up on mileage . Heather emailed and asked if we were looking . O service us up in a 2017 Jeep Cherokee limited. He was very helpful. Courtesy is the word I would use for the whole dealership I am a repeat customers. And I do recommend Chrysler for your car,, truck or Suv buying experience .

We had our fan clutch go out while on vacation here from Michigan. We took it here to fix and after spending $1000 for the repair, we drove 20 miles to my niece's house and my husband lifted the hood to look at it and the clutch fan was just sitting there unattached! ! It could have caused major damage if we had continued on our journey home!! What a bunch of crap! $1000!!! My husband has to attach it himself now when it cools off, as it is undrivable. Pass the word!!!

I just bought my second truck from Scott Heinsma. This guy is awesome. He does what it takes to make it happen. easy to work with, he makes buying a new or used car or truck fun again. Greg in Finance was excellent as well. fast getting paperwork done. Sales manager came out to thank us and congratulate us. The delivery of truck was fantastic and I learned a lot for this being my first diesel. I will buy my next vehicle from these guys. Great experience working with these guys! It was a breath of fresh air not feel pressured into making a purchase that was not right for me. Mike Nixon helped get me into a beautiful new car that has treated me very well over this last year that I have owned it. I have family that is in the car business here in town and I will always come back to purchase from this dealership instead simply because they are so great to work with!!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Sarah in the Service Dept and Justin, our diesel mechanic! We had an issue with out DEF system on our pickup traveling from Las Vegas to Denver. It's late on a Friday afternoon, before Memorial Day. They took such great care of us, fixed our pickup and got us back on the road within a few hours! It's very rare to find such great customer service these days!! Thank you to everyone at Grand Junction Chrysler, Sarah and Justin! You all are amazing!! Thank you again for everything!
