This is my third Honda and Grainger Honda is so pleasant. Steve Morgan has such a great personality. It sure makes it worth while to get your Honda serviced at Grainger Honda to have someone with so much Honda knowledge. Steve Morgan is so good about telling you exactly what is going on with your car. From the moment I went into Grainger Honda to see about trading cars, I was treated special from Mark the manager, Luke the salesman, Hunter, the finance person and then back for the auto butler that Matt handled for me, I was treated special. I will never feel more taken care of like I did at Grainger Honda. I will try to get their complete names next time. Anyway, thank you all for being so caring. I don't know anything about mechanical things and I just thank you for being people I can trust.
Loved my 2012 Honda CR-V but wanted a newer model. This time went straight to a Honda dealership to get it. Had an awesome salesman Payton Thompson. Told him what we wanted and drove away with it. Excellent service. I also like the fact that I have a lifetime warranty. I've always been impress with the dealership and looking forward to a long relationship. LOVE our HONDA:). Andrae smith: This experience was the most unprofessional I have ever had with Grainger. I did speak with Steve in regards to this. There was lack of communication on the service department. Where as my car was there for almost 5 days for a simple repair. I had to juggle a family of 5 with one vehicle and I work out of state. I did not appreciate how we were blown off and told they were working on the car and we saw it sitting out front. This whole ordeal has changed my outlook on Grainger.
