I have been dealing with Grainger Honda for about 15 years. At one point I had 4 Hondas for all my family-Pilot(wife), Ridgeline(me), Accord(son), and Element(son) and would jokingly ask about my fleet discount. The Service Department seems to know what to do as I have never had to return for a redo.. I have been assigned to the Green Team all these years and most recently have had James Hammond as my Service Advisor and he has done well filling the shoes of Robert Ivy whom we have had for years! I have been taking my care to Grainger Honda for maintenance since I purchased it. And I have the greatest Service Technician, Steve Morgan. I am very confident that he will have my car taken care of and in a timely manner. When I have any problems, and I have very few, I can call Steve and he will make sure any problems are resolved.
