Steve Morgan walked me through my service options with no pressure to do anything other than what I actually needed done. Not being mechanically savvy I could easily miss something important but Steve made sure I got the service I needed. One less thing for me to worry about! Priceless!
I have been a customer of Grainger Honda for over 12 years, they always give me good service at fair prices. Steve Morgan always goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied and the work is done properly.
Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware). I bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra that essentially was a LEMON, although all the problems with this vehicle happened after Grainger's short warranty period. the vehicle lasted less than 11 months before major engine problems. Would NOT trust their used car sales department.
Previous comments must have caused change. Their prices are a tad high but, as far as sales being forthright without the smoke and mirrors, they seem to have it right. I wanted a particular car, at my price, and there was significantly less of the back and forth where they raise one cost just to lower another and then trying to tell you, "See, you saved!" I will come back if I live long enough. I'm just shy of 70 but, their eyes didn't light up like they had their mark.

Wow what a difference a year makes...Got suckered into a Car Car Service on my new car which they lied about..should have known because when I asked for what I signed for they said "oh we will send you that in your package in the mail" Yup it was in the mail, nothing like they said, ripped me off. This will not be the last time you will hear from me. I have not used your services yet so I want my money back. You will be getting a call from me or a lawyer if something is not done. Shame on you for being so sneaky
Steve Morgan was attentive and professional in coordinating a service for our 2014 Honda Pilot. We have been customers for 10 plus years and we have always been highly satisfied.
