We bought our 2015 Ford Explorer from Grainger Toyota. We had a wonderful experience with the salesman who was so charming, very warm and caring about what we wanted and were interested in. As usual I received excellent service from the Green team and James Hamm. My Honda Odyssey was the victim of a mice attack. They managed to chew through wiring, insulation, and hoses before I even knew they were there. I took my van in on Friday afternoon and was back in it by Saturday. Love my Honda and doing business with Grainger.
Worked with Payton Thompson on two issues under very special circumstances. My wife and I were on our way to a DisneyWorld vacation and Grainger Honda had just the used 2014 Chevy Volt I was looking for. My 2010 Honda Insight needed some recall maintenance performed and we didn't need 2 cars at Disney. Dropped in on Grainger Honda at the beginning of my weekend vacation when a service light appeared on my dashboard. Brittany and the Orange team checked me in and saw to it that my problem was speedily taken care of (more air added to my tires) so I could continue on my journey (relief). I had my first oil change on Tuesday, October 17. I had absolutely no issues and would highly recommend them. Cliff assisted me and he was terrific. I will ask for him every time. No doubt I will get all of my service at Grainger Honda. When I bought my Honda back in May, the service I received when I bought it was outstanding! GRAINGER HONDA IS AWESOME!!
