This was my second service visit to Grainger Honda. Steve Morgan gave expert assistance and advice, helping me choose the right tires for my car. Pricing for this service was very good, compared to another area vendor I called. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff at Grainger Honda.
Will defiantly not be coming back after the way I was treated here. After coming in to look at a used car, the sales person left me alone for an hour, came back and left again. Then after all this tried to rip me off every step of the way. Without signing up for anything, they signed me up for 3 loans after I said no. After being told I had to wait to see the car I was looking at, I was told to come back in a few days. I came back 3 days later to find the car still in the shop. Christopher Chatham was a wonderful salesperson. He was calm, intelligent, honest and professional and that made the entire experience even more positive. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Grainger. We have always been impressed by their customer service, sales staff and attentiveness to detail which is why we are repeat customers.
I love Grainger Honda! Makes car buying so easy.........Joe Fischer is an excellent salesperson who gets the job done for us. Mike Johnson is the Sales Manager and he just wants you to have what you want and will do whatever he needs to in order to make that happen. Trades are very fair without having to ask a million times, and together he and the salesperson work the deal so that you are not in the dealership long and you are driving out the door in your new car!
