Words can't really explain the experience I had at Grainger Honda this weekend! I was traveling from Atlanta to Savannah for a much needed mental break and my car broke down. I was energetically assaulted with hostile words and attitude, by one of the managers, Don, today when I went to learn more about and test drive their cars after I told him that I was not planning on buying a car today, and was only doing research and would make a decision this week. I have never been treated with such hostility and disrespect by Lexus, Mercedes or Jeep, where my former vehicles came from. I ran out of there and will never buy a car from them.
good service they had to keep my truck overnight so they gave me a rental . they washed my truck when they were done with it .
