I have been a customer of Grainger Honda through several years, and four vehicles. A big part of the my loyalty is because of the superior service I receive from Steve Morgan, the Blue Team Service Manager. He explains to me what needs to be done to my vehicle when I bring it in for service, and he makes sure it is done completely and to my satisfaction. It is a great comfort to me to know I can trust my service manager and Grainger Honda with my vehicle!
I had Cassie im pretty sure was his name. We had an inconvience with my car because my own personal problems but he made sure he was as fast as possible and got me out in a timely fashion. I enjoyed his service
Blue Team service leader, Steve Morgan, is always friendly, courteous, & scrupulously attentive to detail. He makes sure that my Honda Odyssey is maintained to the highest of standards & that I am satisfied with every service visit.
It was my usual trip to the service department. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and Steve Morgan came promptly out to go over my needs. Quickly I was done and on my way to the office. Later that morning, I was notified the vehicle was ready, much earlier than requested or expected. I am never disappointed with my service experience at Grainger Honda or Steve Morgan!
Steve made sure all of the issues were taken care of & my car was ready when he said it would be. I love my 2016 Honda Civic Coupe.

Steve Morgan was great! My Honda Accord Hybrid was at Grainger for an oil change and Steve noticed that some other things needed attention. When he called me to discuss what was needed, he was very polite and explained everything. He already had estimates for me so I was able to quickly make a decision. I highly recommend him.
Steve Morgan is the go to guy at Grainger, excellent service, very detailed.
