I came in about a month too early and my service guy Steven Morgan said I could take you're money but its not time for your vehicle to be serviced so come back when a little wrench comes on or 15% and will make sure your car get serviced. That's speaks a lot of trust to me. i bought my 2016 HR-V on Sat. Sept. 17, 2016 to have the temperature knob looked at by a mechanic. It was fixed and my car was washed, within a reasonable time (considering it was a Sat. afternoon). I don't have any complaints about the service nor the service people.
Steve Morgan is the best. I purchased my Honda back in 2007. He is not o ly a business man he has became a friend.
There is no where in Chatham County can you find a better service representative than Steve Morgan at Grainger Honda. He has always been such a delight to work with in all aspects of my Honda Accord service. He truly cares about his clients. Thanks!
Joshua James was our assistant - they were exceptionally busy and we were told it would be at least an hour and a half wait for an oil change - my husband had only been out of the hospital for 3 weeks and was not in physical condition to wait that long - we told Josh that - he went above and beyond and cut our wait by 20 minutes - much appreciated. Fast service, checked my car out, communication was right there during every stage, and car was waiting when I headed outside while they thanked me and my car door open and ready for me to get in. Always feel special at Honda! Thank you!
Great experience. I don't like high pressure sales, and I wasn't pressured. Nate Hatcher went with me on my first test drive. He gave me his cell number, and I texted him the day I wanted to make my purchase. He met me at the dealership, and it wasn't until much later that I found it was his day off. He was there throughout the whole process. Derek Knowles in the financial area was also great. Thank you for a great buying experience.
