Had a great sales person Mr. Muehler, he made this a smooth transition for me. I had just lost my husband and traded in his truck which was really hard. He showed me compassion and sympathy with what I was going thru. Gave me time and didn't rush me. I had a hard time letting the truck go but had no choice since it was a lease and Honda made me feel very comfortable thru the process. Bought my GMC Acadia in April 2014 from this dealership. Had a fantastic buying experience. Fast forward to this month, and come to find out the "extended warranty" I purchased for 4 years has a max 48,000 miles from purchase. That means the warranty is only good if you drive 1,000 miles or less a month. Do your homework, and don't let them talk you into their extended warranty.
