new/tradein w Grainger was favorable. Dealt w 2 online reps, did not see the in person they referred to, and dealt w 4-5 in person reps to complete the sale. Believe I got a fair trade. brief trial ride, fairly good intro to much new accessory controls. Single flaw(cargo lite) will be resolved on first service visit. I really like the new Odyssey. Sales rep Tariek Robinson deserves high marks

I took my 2003 Honda Odyssey to Grainger Honda after setting up the appointment online. I was met right on time and treated with the utmost care and courtesy. I needed to have recalls addressed as well as some other repairs. I was provided a car to drive while the repairs were made, and all were handled to my satisfaction. My special thanks to Steve Morgan and the Blue team for getting me shaped up. God bless.

The best team work I've seen in a long time by the person accepting me at svc ctr to Steve Morgan Svc Mgr Aric Green mechanic and person renting car. my driver airbag safety hazard was resolved in 1 day. We need more workers like this. We all got to work and we all need each other to accomplIsh the job. so why not make it a team effort, enjoy it the best we can, make the most of each day each using their gift and/or acquired job talents to make life safe & simple for each other and make the CO u work for look good cause afte... read more

Ben Glover was very understanding and knowledgeable about the repair and time spent waiting as a customer.
I just had my Honda Accord serviced for a second time at Grainger. I really appreciate the quick and courteous service provided by Mr. Robert Ivy and the rest of the Green Team. Every person I came in contact with, whether helping me or not, treated me as if they were happy that I was there. Service at Grainger Honda is a very refreshing experience.
