James Hammond (Blue Team) is my favorite service advisor. He is super sweet and always explains everything up front. Everyone at Grainger treats you like family. Efty was a really great on answering any questions we had and with trading in my old car for a Honda Civic. I love my Honda Civic and it's so much more safer than my last car.
James Hammond was our service representative 4/17/15. He was very informative and kept me posted on the servicing of our Civic. It needed a little extra work to make the necessary repairs along with the routine oil change and tire rotation, but he continued to update me on the work in a timely manner. It was raining after they repaired the car, so he told me to make sure to top by at another time to get my free car wash that they would normally do after every service app't. Robert Ivy always handles the service on my Civic. He is an excellent professional and always shoots straight with me on recommendations when needed. Never any hidden costs that he does not discuss with me in advance. GO GREEN TEAM!!!!!
