We purchased a 2021 HR-V and a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado on 12/7/2020. We have had nothing but a run around with the dealership ever since. The second key for the Silverado they tried to give us was not the key to the truck. Before we signed the finance paperwork we were assured that they would get a second key cut ASAP. When we went to pick up our tags last month they said they would get in contact with the key cutting company to get the second key.
