I have to say I was no looking forward to the sales experience of buying a new car. I have purchased a total of ten vehicles since I started driving at age 17. Of those ten purchases, none were what you would say a "pleasant" experience. There was always either high pressure sales tactics or arguments over what a fair price should be. I had a great experience Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at the service department. The Yellow Team, James Hammond specifically, were wonderful. I was met at the service line as soon as I drove up and given the paperwork to fill out. Mr. Hammond came out to meet me and told me what service would be done to my vehicle (routine oil change, safety check, etc). I was told it would take only an hour and that is how long I had to wait.
