I just wanted to let you know that Grainger Honda currently employs a racist salesman with no regard for you or appreciation for your hard earned money which you should not spend at this place until something is done about this guy. I have sent them screenshots of him referencing black people as "Nig Nogs" with multiple children and children's parents, on welfare, and unemployed. I bought a 2015 Honda Accord. I was helped by Alex Doorman who was excellent in every way. I especially liked that I wasn't pressured to buy a car with features that I didn't want or need.
I just purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V from Grainger and absolutely love it! Monica Baughman, the Auto Trader/Internet liaison at Grainger, was a tremendous help in getting me in and paired me with a great salesman, Kyle Sherfesee. There was no pressure to purchase and they both were great to work with! I would highly recommend Grainger and their great staff, especially Monica and Kyle! Thanks guys
Awesome service & customer care!! Terry Keller, walked through every detail & called to confirm and ok more work needed. Terry, came in on his day off to call me and talk me through work done & give me my bill info. 110% satisfied!
I took my new Honda in for service due to a sensor going bad right off the bat. The service manager Steve Morgan did me right. It took a while to get the part but they gave me a loaner which helped our family a lot. Steve made a bad experience so much better by treating my husband and I really well. Thanks again to Steve and the grainger service department for a good experience.
