This is not your ordinary car dealership go see for your self, this place is caring and honest place of business. Where the customer is always taking care of. Asked for the blue team and you'll see what I mean.
We had our CR-V serviced for a timing belt seal. The seal developed a repeat leak. They warranty the work so it was fixed without argument. The service representative, Robert Ivy, did an excellent job of handling the situation and arranged for a loaner vehicle. They are a busy dealership and if you prepare ahead for a wait or plan to leave your vehicle for larger service needs you will not be hindered by the wait time. We will continue to utilize them.
A special thank you to Jonathan Barrett, Service Manager, for finding a way to replaced my recalled airbag on my Canadian Civic.
They run a bait and switch program. Tell you, show you on paper, then when it's time to finalize the deal you hear "Oh we made a mistake we can't sell it to you for the price we put on the sell sheet" I'll never ever ever buy from them. Buyer Beware sign should be on the lot.
Came to test out some new Honda pilots and had a great experience with Chaz. He went over ever detail of the vehicle without pushing anything on us. He listened to our wants and needs in the car we were looking for and delivered exactly what we asked! Thanks Chaz for all the amazing help! Would definitely recommend any of my friends to him.
Great service and put me in a car I loved. Also their insurance guy Mark Green, found me an incredible deal on insurance. Its nice to have a dealer that's honest with you, and isn't just trying to fill their pocket. I will definitely go back next time I need a car.
I was disappointed this time they had my car for three days just for brake work I'm still waiting the stormis coming I am trying to leave they did decide to give me a rental after I sat there all day like I say storm is coming I just have to go out of town with the rental they gave me I have no choice I can't wait for car this morning I got to go
