We were really not planning to purchase a new car, but we were impressed with the Honda Pilot, and Mr. Donald Jones was eager to earn our trust. After several hours of discussion, we purchased our new Honda Pilot, and were very pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Donald Jones.

I haven't bought a new car in 12 years, and I always loved Honda's so i ventured out to Grainger a week or so ago and met with Donald Jones. Nice man and very professional. He and George (his manager) worked with me and gave me a great deal so I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Honda Civic! Thank you so much Mr. Jones, for your patience and making the car buying experience nice.
Make sure they have the key to the vehicle you're going to look at before you drive over there. Also be aware they post cars online for sale that they don't really want to sale and then tell you they don't have the key to it when you get there.
Great people great service! I called at the last moment and was able to get the appointment time I wanted unlike calling Hilton Head Honda.
This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with the service department I'm going to have to find somewhere else to do my vehicle maintenance!!
