My husband and I are very happy with Grainger Honda and have both of our Hondas serviced there routinely. Everyone there is polite and patient and want to make sure all our questions and concerns are addressed. Kasey Sizemore was my service representative on my most recent visit on Tuesday. He was very polite and covered everything thoroughly. Amazingly he had my car serviced and washed in half an hour--a new speed record! Thanks, Kasey!

Buying cars for 36 year's, never a pleasant experience. But this was the very best ever!!! Jeanna Milton allowed us to do it our way. We came to look and try the seating for comfort. I brought my car from Grainger 10 yrs ago and recently had to bring it in for a recall, was helped by Evan Christoffels of the Red Team. It has been a while since I have been in to the dealer but I can say that I am very impressed by the way that they have upgraded with the text messages and emails to inform of the progress that is going on with our cars.
