If you visit this location I highly recommend talking with Tara. I have never met someone with that kind of customer interaction. She really cared about helping me find a car that fit me. I drive from over a hour away to this dealership to get my car serviced because of how this location’s employees treat its customers. Thank y’all!
For a busy Momma with a baby in tow- you guys knocked it out of the park! It was my 1st visit to this location & I was unsure of where to park & how to carry a baby with all the things. The purpose of my visit was fhe airbag recall. Cliff saw the need for help & moved my car into the correct spot for service. Amber kindly came out to the car & reviewed everything with me. My 2016 Honda Odyssey was hit by a deer just outside of Cobbtown, Ga. and the body work was done in Cobbtown. On the way home I was a green light flashing on the dash and called Steve Morgan, service manager and was told it was the transmission and needed to be brought in and repaired. He gave me an appointment and I carried the car to him and along came Irma, but car was repaired and I got it back on Friday before Irma hit us on Monday. They were the closest Auto Butler to my new home in Charleston. Dealership in PA said I could transfer my account to any Auto Butler service....not true, there is an Auto Butler 2 miles from my house. But the service I got was nearly worth the 200 miles I drove. The Blue Team took excellent care of my car and got me back on the road in under 3 hours.
