Outstanding service. I have been to other Honda service centers and they are all good but Granger tops the list. Our service consultant was Steve Morgan and I could tell that he was genuinely concerned about our situation and getting us back on the road. We were out of towners headed home from vacation when we had a problem with our CRV. We were back on the road within the hour. Outstanding service!
Took my Civic in for scheduled maintenance. Needed to have a problem taken care of before it became a big one. They went ahead & did it then, only extending my original service time by 1 hr 15 min. Very pleased I didn't have to schedule a second appointment or wait longer to have this fixed. I bought my 2012 Civic new from Grainger & have always had them service it. I have been very pleased with the service from all the managers there. Jonathan Barrette & the Green Team handled everything for me this visit.
When my wife decided on a Honda Accord, Grainger Honda was the clear choice among the dealers in the local area. Dustin Bailey was an exceptional salesperson and very knowledgeable about his product. One of the better experience we've had purchasing a car. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my family/friends.

Our family has used Grainger Honda for years. The sales staff has gone out of its way to help us get a new car, and they were most helpful in locating a used car when our daughter first started driving and needed one. We are especially grateful to the service department manager, Steve Morgan. He has always given my husband and me service and attention above and beyond the average service. We wouldn't take our car to anyone else.
We have had an excellent experience with Grainger Honda. From our very first visit, our salesperson, Luke Grainger, took the time to show us everything we wanted to see and put us under no pressure. We contacted him after we decided to buy a Honda and he and the entire team at Grainger handled our purchase with efficiency and professionalism. I would definitely buy from Grainger again and will refer others to them.

Friendly associates! I had my oil changed in the time I was told it would take at a great price. Would have given 5 stars, but the interior of my car was filthy on the gear changer and inside the door on the passenger side when I got back inside. It was clean when I brought it in. :(
