I really enjoyed meeting and working with Lee Walls during my recent purchase of my Honda Accord LX. Lee went beyond what is usually expected from a sells person at a car dealership. He even went out and helped the service department ready my vehicle for my departure. The only thing I would like to address is that the finance person did not tell me when my 1st payment would be and if I would receive a payment book or if a monthly statement would be sent to me. I love my HONDA!!
After my Equinox was totaled, Lee Walls did an excellent job at getting me into a 2018 Honda CRV EX at a price I could afford. Many thanks to the Grainger Honda Team, especially Lee. You guys are awesome!!
I was very happy with the service and attention that I got from Kai Collins on my recent visit and have also been happy in the past. I love my Honda truck and plan to drive it until it dies, which probably won't be for a very long time as it still runs great at almost 150,000 miles. When that time comes, I will come to Grainger first for a new vehicle for sure.
Luke Grainger made my experience with buying my new car easy and painless. He made sure to show and tell me all the ins and outs of the vehicles we looked at and drove. He was very personable and answered all the questions I had without hesitation. Definitely a go to if you are looking for that perfect vehicle
