Great service. Aubrey was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and got me in and out with no hassle. Used the shuttle service as well and Tim was awesome.
Bought a used car from them that resulted in a complete transmission failure within 4000 miles. Transmission fluid level was low and not rectified when traded in / prepared for sale. Car was still under factory warranty, but because the fluid level was low, factory would not warranty. Would not own up to their malfeasance....
Took care of an airbag recall. James Hammond was courteous and helpful.
We cannot thank Grainger Honda enough, especially Steve Lawson for going above and beyond for our family. We did not have an appointment and they fit us in immediately. We were in Savannah on vacation with our 5 children and our belt broke ! Thank you so much! They were especially kind and honest and we can’t thank them enough!!!!!
