RecommendedAubrey Whiting was the person who assisted me in the service department. Aubrey was very professional and friendly. I had just bought the vehicle the day before and had and issue with the vehicle. Aubrey kept me informed about the problem with the vehicle. When I came to pick my vehicle up the next day Aubrey told me the technician that work on my car made sure everything was working properly. Thank you Aubrey for making my first experience with Grainger service department go so smoothly.
They charge $1.49 to schedule a future service appointment. Times must really be hard for the Grainger Family.
