Steve Wallace was on vacation (well deserved I’m sure) and Kai Collins was managing Steve’s team plus other duties. Nevertheless he was great, courteous and very professional. It’s obvious that Grainger Honda has focused on improving the service experience over the years. They are definitely my “go to” dealership for service of my Honda Fit.
I highly recommend going to Steve morgan for all your service needs. He is very professional and personable. He is great at his job and great with the customers.
The service on my Honda SUV was excellent. Clifford was outstanding and professional the minute I drove up at Grainger. Clifford spoke with me several times and kept me informed while my SUV was being serviced. He walked me through paying my bill and then to my car. I look forward to seeing him on my next 5000 mile visit.

Me and my fiancé was having so many mixed feelings about our regal getting totaled but then she stepped in and gave us hope again it meant so much.....So thanks for everything and most of all thanks for the new addition!!
