We bought our 2019 Honda Odyssey van back in November and it’s was the easiest buying experience by far that we’ve ever encounter!
Grainger Honda can improve if they actually do their job after they charge you $598 Dealer Fee and a $536 Title and Tag Fee......But here I am almost 3 months after I purchase my 2019 Honda Pilot with no Title according to USAA, they have not received and Me, without Tags on my vehicle yet. I want a full refund of both fee as you have not done the job that you charged me for. I'll be waiting on your response Mr. Mike Johnson or Mr. Grainger.
