We purchased our first "new" vehicle from Grainger Honda last Saturday. For six tedious hours Ricardo Villegas worked with us and our 3 small children. I have always receive quick and friendly from this dealership. Even in those rare occasions in which I've had a problem during my visit. The management and staff are quick to help resolve the problem. Also unlike most places they are very up front and actually listen to what you have to say when you're looking to purchase a car.
I bought my car last month from Grainger Honda. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. This past week, I took my car in to the service department to have a brake light replaced. Never have I experienced a more pleasant visit to a service shop. They were fast, friendly, and accommodating. They went over and beyond, giving me complimentary top offs and system checks. I’m definitely a life long customer!
Absolute best experience in getting AC repaired in my daughters car! Constant communication, job well done, cheaper than expected and my daughter froze on the way home! Love it! Steve Morgan is the bomb diggity! Will be back if I ever need service again!

Had Oil Change and Auto cleaned. First time .My Service Advisor Clifford Mills was kind, professional. His explanation of procedures was simple to understand. I was treated like Royalty and the Service was quick. Thank you Cliff and the Shuttle Driver for a positive experience.
