Kai Collins was attentive and polite during my visit to the service department. I was at the dealership to have the front driver & passenger windows tinted on my new CR-V. Kai was able to give me updates on my wait time and progress! Everything was completed as planned and I also had a visit with my salesman Ronald Caceres to go over some questions I had about some of the features on my vehicle!
