We have purchased and leased several cars from Grainger. Recently, we had our 2017 Pilot serviced. Our service advisor, Kai Collins was friendly, professional and very efficient. Even though it was busy, Kai took the time to review what services were going to be done to my car. He followed up with a text and then called me when the car was finished. We are spoiled by the excellent customer service that we receive from the Service and Sales departments!
Steve Morgan always takes good care of me and my family, we are three generations of Honda owners. He worked with me to take every step to find the noise I was hearing and made sure to get it resolved that same day.
We bought our Honda Odyssey in 2011 and have used their service department for maintenance ever since. They are always so helpful. Steve Morgan keeps me updated every step of the way. We love our van and Grainger Honda!❤

Luke Grainger is a very knowledgeable salesman. He Took time to explain everything and if he didn't know Something he found someone that knows. He is low pressure and honest. This is the 2nd time I dealt with Luke, I asked for him this time.
