Jennifer R Neal was friendly and professional. My husband took our Honda Fit for servicing while visiting our son. Service was fast and friendly and a great price. I would definitely visit again if the need were to arise in the future. Thanks Jennifer and Grainger Honda for an excellent experience.
The service was good people were very friendly. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase a vehicle and or get financed and I thought that would be able to happen. Maybe one day down the road I’ll be able to do business with them
I went in knowing that I was going to have to fight to get what my trade in was worth. They insulted my intelligence with the first offer (I know its just a business move) but came right back around and gave me what I knew my car was worth�. Kevin the saleman was very laid back and that was a big plus!!!! (I normally don't like salesmen, they are pushy) Greg in Finance was also very nice and informative. Customer service (except from Don) was outstanding. The snacks during the wait were rather nice also�
Initially, autobutler service was lacking. But Steve Ciolko did an outstanding job of rectifying deficiencies on our brand new Odyssey.

I called in for service on my 2016 Honda Accord late in the afternoon and did not have an appointment, but was told to come right over. Did not have to wait long at all. Aubrey in service was so professional. He had such a warm smile the whole time I asked him questions and was a pleasure to talk with. He kept me well informed about my vehicle while it was being serviced and the time it would be ready. I told the Service Manager before I left that I recommended Aubrey for a promotion. Great service experience.
I have always had a great experience at Grainger's! Steve Morgan is always so attentive to every detail, every question I have! I am currently driving my third Odyssey and I simply love it.
