Nice time in Grace!!! – I went with my girlfriend to have a romantic candle light dinner. The dinner was more than I expected with lot of fun and felicity. The food was awesome and dishy which I never had it before. The service was excellent and professional. I asked suggestions from them on special dishes in Grace. Superb – It's worth the money people. I had the salmon which was divine, and my husband had a slow-roasted, smoked pork shoulder (or something like that).. whatever they did to it was amazing. Service was excellent - wine suggestion was spot-on. All around fabulous experience. Can't wait to return!
Best Restaurant in Los Angeles – This is a San Francisco restaurant in Los Angeles. The sommelier is knowledgeable and accessible, the servers are attentive, not intrusive, know the menu and wine, the ambiance is intimate, the food is delicious, the menu is diverse and the restaurant is not at all sceney. For special occasions, nothing in Los Angeles beats Grace.
Best Restaurant In Los Angeles – I have for years resigned to believe that you will either get amazing food or amazing decor from restaurants in Los Angeles. Much to my delight and chagrin, Grace has proved me wrong. OK, well, the decor is not groundbreaking (the lighting is perfect though, not too dark and not too over the top), and for that matter perhaps neither is the food. eh food – the service was lovely at grace. the food, however, was mediocre at best. perhaps i am jaded. it wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. we started off with the dungeness crab salad. normally, this was served as a part of the tasting menu. we asked if we could get it a la carte. apparently, we asked nicely because they did let us order it. the crab was fresh, good and not drenched in mayo. i think this was the best part of the meal. i had the scallops, which was nicely seared over risotto. the risotto was a bit undercook... read more
Definitely a Favorite Place – I didn't think that I will have a wow moment but so far the reviews are not at all hype. I personally ordered the 5 years tasting menu and definitely worth the money. Absolutely love the dungeness crab salad and the rest were as fabulous. would come back definitely.
I thought the food would be better! Nice Service though. – It's not that I didn't enjoy myself, because I did but I was really hyped up about going here. ** Worst catering service around*** – The so called, "Heather Watson" is perhaps the epic of artificial people here in Los Angeles. The food is greasy, expensive and heavy. The worst catering service around. If you are planing on a private catered party, think twice before calling these people.
