I've purchased two vehicles from Germain Toyota. Norm was our salesman on both occasions. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was and he didn't try and push us into a vehicle that didn't fit our needs or budget. I would recommend him to anyone looking for either a lease or used car.
I purchased a brand new vehicle here and with the help of the best salesman, Norm! He has helped our family get into 4 vehicles, all which we loved! I will never go to another sales person as long as Norm is at Germain.
Worked with Norm Oribello - I recommend him to everyone. He is great!! He Isn't pushy- and knows his stuff!!!
I enjoyed getting my first car Norm was the most chillest guy there he greets others with a warm greeting and was able to get me my first car i was very lucky and thankful for what Norm had done for me
I recently was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department was friendly as always and completed the work in less than the estimated wait time. And as always anytime I am in there, my awesome salesman Norm Oribello took time to say hello and ask me how I'm doing. Our car sales Woman , Amanda was amazing! She was very helpful, and she had our best interest at heart. We went in the dealership to buy my husband a new car, but Amanda was able to find a great car for me too within my budget. Thank you so much!!!
The customer service was fantastic, and the Car sales woman Amanda was very helpful. We came in for one car, and left the Dealership with two new cars! She answered all of my questions, and she was very friendly. I highly recommend this Dealership and Amanda.
