My Husband and I purchased a Tundra from them 4 months ago. The passenger side mirror was broken. We contacted our salesman (Khalen), he said to bring it in and let them see if it could be fixed. We traveled the 2 1/2 hours to have them tell us the mirror needed replaced. After waiting about a month we finally a scheduled an appointment to fix the mirror...only problem is, they ordered the wrong mirror. I leased my first car ever and I had the best experience I could have asked for. Josh and Lucas were great with helping to work with my budget and everything I wanted for a car. There was no pressure or anything. I drove off with my brand new car that I could afford and I felt comfortable the whole time dealing with them. Check them out!
I love my 2013 Venza that Norm Oribello sold to me, my entire experience with Germain Toyota was great. I continue to take my car in for service and am very pleased with their service department Jim McClarren is the best. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them, give Norm a call he'll take good care of you.
