Not impressed at all with the finance department. Getting the runaround from all. I really hope they do record and listen to all calls. I just want our 900.00 check due us as promised by Rob the finance manager. We were told we could pick up on Monday 4/12. I do not think we will purchase from this dealer in the future.

Germain Toyota of Columbus is AWESOME. They take the time to help you decide what you really want and follow thru from start to finish with the transaction. Not matter if its a Salesperson, Finance, or Service team memeber I have not encountered one employee that was not been friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I found a new Scion im that I just had to have! My friend recently worked with Bernard and I was a little jealous of her new Camry. So while I was having my Corolla serviced at Germain Toyota, I decided to check out the new cars. I asked for Bernard since my friend had so many nice things to say a matter of minutes I was ready to make the leap. I couldnt be happier!! A great new car, free service for 2 years and a good feeling everytime I run an errand! I recommend working with Bernard!
Norm is the best! No pressure and he spent an hour helping decide which options I actually needed. I am an active person so I needed a vehicle that suited my lifestyle but I also wanted comfort for the work week drive. I am madly in love with my new Toyota 4Runner. Germain Toyota is a great company that truly cares! I wanted something unique and I came across a black Tundra with custom wheels, custom bumper, and a lift. I went straight to the dealership and Omar took me on a test drive. It was a great truck but I wanted different wheels, So I bought a New Tundra and Omar helped me finance in the aftermarket items I wanted.
