I traded in my 2015 Red Scion TC (Hot Tamale) in for a beautiful 2016 Camry blacked out that I had been eye balling the showroom since I started working at Germain Toyota in December of last year. A big thanks to Norm Oribello for getting me a great deal on the Camry and not much of a difference from my car payment from before. The Camry was well worth the trade and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. A big 5 stars for Germain Toyota and another big 5 stars for Norm.

This is by far one of the best companies I've ever worked for, The managers really care about the employees and are willing to take time to help out in anyway they can! They always stand behind the product and if there is a problem they will go over and beyond to make things right! Keep doing what your doing guys! Ohh and we have an amazing pressure and stress free purchase process.
I purchased my "new" used Camry in December 2015 and couldn't have been happier with my expierence. From top to bottom I was treated with respect. I would recommend Germain to anyone.
Longtime Toyota customer here. Hands down the very best leasing experience we have ever had. Drove 2.5 hours because we were impressed from the first phone call we made. Everyone we encountered couldn't have treated us better, but if you have the chance to snag Tom Lombardo as your sales person, take it!

The worst customer service experience I have ever received.
I had a wonderful experience buying my 2016 Rav 4 SE yesterday. The dealership is well maintained and looks sharp. My salesman, Josh did a wonderful job in every step of the buying process. I was very impressed by him. Other staff members greeted me and thanked me for my business. The Finance Manager, Asher made the finance process go smoothly.
