As parents...we recently assisted with the purchase of a Toyota Rav 4 for our daughter a recent college grad. Rod Smith and the Germain team made the purchase of our daughter's first car "EASY". He explained each step of the process in a manner that she could understand and she left feeling accomplished and satisfied. Moreover she "LOVES" her Rav4.
