As always my experience at Germain Toyota of Columbus was great. I have had three different sales members take care of my needs and all of them were very professional and helpfull. This time Omar Jackson was the person that help me with the exchange of my car, and I rate him 100% professional and reliable.

If you're looking for a new Toyota ask for Tom Lombardo! My family was looking for a new vehicle and we had the pleasure of meeting with Tom, he really took his time with showing us all the different features on the vehicle and he actually listened to what our needs were. We never felt pressured at anytime like at other dealers. I will always recommend Tom Lombardo to our friends and family when they are looking for thier next new car!
