I brought my 2016 Sienna in for the 20,000 service. I was told it would take about an hour. It was more like only 45 minutes. Everything is fine and the Service people make you feel like you are important and so is your time. Always have had great experiences with Germain Toyota whether purchasing a vehicle or having it serviced.
Brian, a manager in the Service Department, is an All-Star. I took my '17 Corolla in for its 5,000-mile maintenance. Standard stuff, but Brian really stood out. Just a great guy. Got me in and out. I'll definitely be coming back for my service needs. Thanks, Brian! And, I might have to check out some Oakley frames for myself.

The salesman Bernard Ogebide is the Best he possess excellent customer service and professionalism! Great integrity and he definitely is very knowledgeable about the automobiles he sales. Because of these qualities it will keep customers returning!
