I have been waiting for Toyota to come out with the prius prime so I could buy one, what I didn't know was you have to order one. It was my luck that while cruising Germains parking lot there was one sitting out front. I got out to check it out and Kenny popped out to see if I needed any help, I asked him if the car was sold already and he said the customer had backed out of buying it. I said good I'll buy it. Tom helped me find a new RAV4 with all the options I wanted and the color I wanted. I went to look at RAV4s a couple different times trying to figure out what the best options was for me and Tom was very helpful in explaining all the options.
I went to Germain to check out the new Chr and trade my corolla in. I had a fantastic time. Tom showed me the CHR and compared it to my current car to help me understand the difference. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. we took it on a test drive around town and I was very happy with the way it drives. It's very edgy and the perfect size for me. I can't wait for them to get more colors in Stock!!
This is the 4th car I have purchased from Germain. This time I bought a 2017 Rav4 and I love it!! I have been extremely satisfied with my purchases here and have never had any trouble. I have worked with Buddy Travis and Ed Sosniak. They were both extremely nice and helpful. Ed made sure that I knew about all of the options on the vehicle and has followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will buy here again.
Ashiqur was great, very knowledgable, and clearly explained my options without pressuring me to buy something that was out of my price range. He explained all of the new features well, which helped transitioning from a '99 Camry to the new '17 Carolla. He stayed late to make sure everything was in order, checked that they filled the gas up all the way before I left, and even followed up several times after the purchase to make sure I was still happy with it!
