After not being able to get my loan for the promised 0.9 interest rate, instead of calling me and figuring something out they fraudulently signed my name to a loan 4 points higher than we originally agreed to..without my knowledge.. Now after 3 weeks of trying to fix. No response from anybody.. Shady dealers and finance people. Terrible service so far...

Awesome dealership! And that was very hard to say because I hate dealerships considering all the terrible experiences I've had at others. Germain Toyota was a great choice for me thanks to Kaleb Murray providing outstanding customer service giving me a great variety of cars to choose from.
