Their salesman is not well trained, they don't know about the car's details.
After posting about my bad experience here the manager called to see what could have been done to improve my experience. I told him how disappointed I was that the car only came with 1 key, considering how expensive they are & he offered to have one made for me which I thought was very nice. I should have talked with the manager in the first place as he was able to "get er' done". Thank you Buddy!!!
This place is awesome! I just bought my first 4Runner from here and will now purchase all of my future vehicles from Germain as well! Morgan, Amanda, Kaleb, and Asher are seriously the best people I have ever met when it comes to helpfulness with cars!!
Amazing Customer Service and super easy to deal with! Very happy with my purchase from beginning to end. If you're in the market for a new or used car, stop out to this place and check them out! The worst service!!! All friendly when you are buying a car, but after the sale they could give a crap less about you. I am furious we bought a car from them even because they only cared about the sale and the money they would make. Got called "big money" When the salesmen was talking to his coworkers.... Me and a close friend went into Germain Toyota of Columbus today. We worked with John and Charlie.I must say that Charlie was very knowledgeable with his products And he got my friend good deal today it was a great experience and I will recommend Charlie and the dealer to family and friends.
