My experience was really bad I bought a used car from them and My dealer told me if there are any big issues with car they’ll take care of it. Two weeks after buying the car it started making noises I called it in the dealer told me there is nothing he can do and recommended me to speak to the manager. When I spoke with manager said they can’t help me. I got the estimate to fix it from another workshop it’s too much. Would’ve been nice to know if there were any issues before purchasing!! RecommendedI am still pinching myself on the great deal I made with Germain Toyota to trade-in my 2015 Tacoma for a new 2018 Tundra SR5 TRD Off-Road. Maybe they were motivated to make room for the 2019s. I worked with expert sales person Omar Jackson. Finance person Demetrius finished my paperwork so I did not spend a whole day at the dealer. I would not recommend this place.. They quoted me a sale price of $19,525 for a 2014 Tundra via email. Would not honor the price when called to tell them I was coming to purchase from 100 miles away. They gave me a price of $30,433. I talked with both the sales manager, John Woody and the GM, Rich Newsome. I will be taking my business elsewhere from this dishonest organization.
My experience was poor at best! I called ahead to acquire info, was told that they had three of the particular vehicle I was in search of so I make an appointment I show up on time and sales guy isn’t even interested in helping me ! So I wait and wait then a guy comes over asks what can he help with , well turns out all the above mentioned vehicles were already “sold “ in the last 4 hrs since I spoke with a sales guy!! Yeah ok
Avoid at all costs.! Worst service, worst experience! Came in to have my vehicle serviced, the rep reported that it would likely be around 2 hours to complete the service. Around the 3 hour mark of waiting for an oil change and inspection, I went to ask for any updates. The customer service rep reported he had no updates. Came out about 40 minutes later and reported my car had not been look at yet, but would be headed to to see the technician shortly. Would highly recommend this dealership. My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from here in the last 6 months! Kenny Adelaja is our go to guy! He always makes the process so smooth and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. We plan on continuing all of our future business with Kenny and Germain Toyota! We couldn’t be happier!

Where to begin first I went to toyota in Lancaster and was treated horrible. i left and drove to columbus and ended up at germain. David met me at the door with a smiling face and eager to help which was already off to a better start than the other. David listened to my concerns and started paperwork after i picked the car out. Then i went to finance and was dealing with Lucas. They both are outstanding employees and ill Defiently be back and recommend you all to everyone i know.
