RecommendedUnscheduled visit due to tire loosing air. Tire not in stock, but with newer vehicles that is typical. Tire was fixed so I can drive it, and new replacement ordered. In and out in 90 minutes. I have dealt with Germain, on and off, for over 40 years and they have always been reasonable, both with new car and used car sales - just do research like with any major purchase, and know and understand your car when having it serviced regularly. I was happy with the service I got while I was deciding on a vehicle to purchase, the experience was non-controversial and overall a good experience. However, this is specifically for the used lot, after I made my purchase, it was another story. Was interested in a Tacoma and emailed Amanda Lobach to see if Germain could find the one I wanted. Never got a response. Apparently yet another salesperson who makes so much money they can ignore potential customers. Got the deal done with Byers pretty quickly. Cash buyer. Sorry that Germain doesn't like cash.

Tried to buy a RAV4. Customer service is so poor that after two weeks I still don’t have a car.
I could not be happier about Germain Used Toyota at Scarborough. My experience dealing with Gary Romine,and Gregg Coby took the anxiety away and made me comfortable in buying my Rav 4. I felt as a widow I drove away with a safe and reliable car. Heather Romine walked me through the finance of where I would comfortable with my purchase.
