had a great experience with Jason and the employees at the used car lot. I give them 5/5 stars ! Wish I could say the same about finalizing my deal. You Make appointment for oil change and it took two hours. Then they state You need brakes, 4 tires , and an steering hose... And didn't even offer to see if we want a credit card. Like I have an extra $1000 setting around. The cashier lady was rude and slow as a snail. What a wasted day.
Oh my where do I start! My experience was very excellent. From the time my fiance and I entered into Germain Toyota we was treated with the upmost respect. Fiance and I were introduced to Kaleb from another employee. Kaleb was very personable and professional. I was asked what vehicle I wanted and the vehicle was right on the showroom floor.
