My total experience with Germain has always been top notch. Being in sales and service myself, I always walk away saying, this is how business should be done. True in my purchase experience and subsequent mileage checks. This past week was my 20,000 mile service check. Brian Holstein was my service rep. Stellar, personable, and considerate. Took me in 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time! Yowsers! 45 minutes later I was leaving with a clean car and feeling truly valued as a customer. Thanks, Brian, you totally rock!
