The hole process was simple and fast and I love my new Tacoma
I was on a business trip when the 2014 Tundra popped a check engine light. My supervisor contacted Germain and I was instructed to go there for repairs. Kylee Grimore was outstanding. Very professional, multi-tasked like a pro, and handled all my questions with ease. Considering this was business to business, Kylee was absolutely amazing, informative and patient. Thank you for your awesome service and staff.
Very disappointed. No wheel key with new Rav4, we were told it was ordered, order was lost, yet another Saturday visit required. Hope we avoid a flat! :-/
Took my Tundra in for service on Feb 24th. Denise was excellent to work with. A problem was found that required an additional part that they wouldn't have until Monday. I was given a new Tundra for a loaner for the weekend. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!
I took my 4Runnerin yesterday for 5000 mile update. In and out 45 minutes Everything corrected and up to date No charge Toyota 2 year no pay for service. Very professional and well done Btw bought car at other location but changed closer to house.
I purchased a used vehicle on Friday and drove it home and noticed a small oil spot on my garage floor and figured it was just oil from the oil change. I drove the truck to Columbus to do some shopping and noticed a huge oil puddle under the truck. I looked under the truck and oil was dripping from the drain plug so I contacted the dealership and got no reply. The vehicle needed emergency service and nobody cared. I had to take it to another place to fix the problem. I am very disappointed
It's ok for an oil change but the estimate I got for front brakes was too expensive.
The service was phenomenal! The salesmen were great. Rob Mcclurkin started dealing with us as well as Rod Smith. Rod Smith became the point man for the duration of the deal after our initial purchase. He was very attentive and thorough with all of our needs. I was very happy with the service that I received at Toyota for the purchase of my new vehicle. I will highly recommend all of my family and/or friends to go to Toyota and deal with Rob and Rod Smith!
I think they like there cars and trucks so much they want to keep them made Jeff 2 different offer with in 1000 or 2 of price and got told by the sale manager that I ought to shop somewhere else . I guess they don't need the money . Crazy I don't know what to think.
