So I had a 4:30 service appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated. It took them over two hours to get my car back to me so I was just a little upset. I have left messages for the General manager and the service manager to call me but three days have passed and no call. I have issues with their customer service in the past so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
Trent was awesome! He provided wonderful customer service for my 2014 RAV4 that needed new brakes and rotors. I really appreciate him being understanding and considerate about my situation. I will definitely come back and recommend him again!

General manager or finance will not call me back after purchasing 2 new vehicles they owe me money and will not respond back had extended warranty and gap insurance that money was owed to me back after purchase
I had a very good experience. My salesman David Backherms and finance manager where great. They got my APR lowered by refinancing my old loan. Which was 27% now I'm at at 9%,which saves me over a $100 a month. David also got me into a second vehicle. Which we are very pleased with! Thank you Germain for such a great experience and great customer service.
