I did the unthinkable and gave my husbands Tundra a boo-boo. The only place he would trust to fix it and fix it right was Germain Toyota. David Young explained what was required to fix it and hooked me up with a rental car. David's explanation put my husbands concerns at rest. When we got it back, my husband was extremely happy with the results. Thank you for fixing my massive mistake :)

I wanted to take a moment to praise someone, since I'm so quick to do the opposite when I feel slighted! I took my 2015 Camry in for service this spring and shared that I had a warped wheel cover that had been that way since I bought the car. The service writer didn't seem too inclined to want to fix it -- so I brought it to Dave Young's attention and he was all over it! Amanda Lobach and Asher Puri are my favorite guys.. I have been to many dealers lately but the hospitality me and my friend received here was real good and they gave us some pretty sweet deal on 2017 Camry.
The best central Ohio has to offer. Starting with the sales staff to parts to the body shop they have served me and my family well. Having had body work done to my Tundra, hats off to Dave Young and crew for doing the repair the proper way and not the cheap, fast way!
Love my new RAV4 XLE and loved the staff Colleen and Asher at Germain. It was a wonderful experience and will be a terrific SUV for me for many years
I worked with Jason and Tony and I loved these guys thee absolute easiest transition ever. I drove to Columbus from Detroit and it was so worth it. I would would make that drive again in a heartbeat. We felt like family. Thank you guys so much.
