I went last Saturday (November 7th) and I got a used 2013 Hyundai Elentra Coupe. I loved the atmosphere and the salesman I worked with, Kyle Musselman. He helped me out so much and he made the whole process very smooth and stressfree. Germain Toyota is an excellent dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.
I will never go anywhere else! A few days before going to germain I had an AWFUL experience at another dealership. Long story short I drove 2 hours to this other dealership and had an appointment, I got there and the guy literally didn't come in and they claimed they couldn't get me into a car. I recently bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from Germain Toyota on Scarborough Blvd. and could not have been more pleased. I am a woman buying a truck and was treated with the up most respect. I LOVE my new truck and it rides like a dream. I don't ever feel like I am driving a truck. Tom Lombardo was my sales person and he was AWESOME! Honest, not pushy and very knowledgeable sales person. The customer service was like nothing I had ever experienced before. I highly recommend Germain and Tom!

They don't treat their technicians well. They overcharge for the easiest of work. You can't see your car when its in the shop. And the new dealership seems cold and unwelcoming!!!!
The service department fudged on an oil consumption test on my 2007 camry. Told my story to Toyota Corp. Of North America. They said they would have Germain contact me. They never did!! Very poor service dept.
I got my car serviced at Germain about a year ago, when my car was having all sorts of issues. They were honest with me about what I needed to get fixed and what was not too concerning. I haven't had any issues since then. I felt very welcome walking in the door and will definitely come back for any further service I need in the future!
Germain toyota is great UNBEATABLE pricing and GREAT customer service
I love Germain Toyota! I have bought several cars there and get my service work done there too. The employees are great and friendly. They treat you like family.
