We just purchased a new Sienna with a dysfunctional tire that blew out on the freeway with my two children in the back. The service manager won't even replace the tire. Germain Toyota really cares about families!
Amanda and Tony were a great team in helping us find our new car. I wanted a Highlander which I found out is a very popular SUV. Tony worked diligently on finding the car that I wanted. And most importantly a price that beat all others. Tony was very helpful in every way and even helped me set up my Bluetooth. Amanda took the time to deliver the car to our house. My husband and I are glad we made the trip to Germain Toyota. Now, I'm driving a beautiful car and loving every minute.
Very disappointed in Germain. We have purchased 6 cars from them. We stopped in on Saturday and the sales person was very rude and basically brushed us off. We went to Ricart and purchased a new Nissan.
My sales man Robert Fontaine lied and told me my car had traction contol. When I made several call to him he never returned them. My old car was already gone so the mgr got me snow tires. Won't go back to Germaine if Robert is still there for next car
I love the customer service team in the maintenance and service area and that is the reason why I will always return. When my transmission went out on my 12 Corolla, the people there answered whatever questions I had and took very good care of me. Thank you for that!
