I highly recommend visiting Germain Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle! I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted - and AJ was super helpful in helping me narrow down my decision. He provided me with useful information on each vehicle and was patient with me while I weighed all that each vehicle had to offer! I ended up with a Highlander SE and I am loving it. Service department needs help. They worked on 11April2017, went in 17April 2017 because the 3 lights came back on. Note I called day before made 11am appointment. Bottom line as of 18 April 2018, still have free rental and have not heard from them yet
Service was quick and reliable. I was kept informed of the progress of my job order and it was finished in a timely manner.
We recently turned in our leased 2014 Camry and got a 2017 Prius III in it's place. We got great service from A.J. and what we feel as a fair price. We love our new Prius and after two Toyotas we wouldn't consider buying from anyone else.
I worked with a man named Khalin Moore. I went in with the intention to LOOK and test drive. I was gonna wait for my tax return to kick in before I went to buy. I just wanted to put my hat in the race to show interest in a car. It was a used 09 Ford Fusion SE in incredibly good condition. The car didn't even have 140,000 miles on it. My wife and I went to Germain Toyota of Columbus to purchase or lease a new vehicle. My wife had NO idea what she wanted but we were promptly greeted by the salesman, AJ. He walked us through all the options and the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying. After several test drives and putting AJ through the ringer we decided to lease a 2017 RAV4.
