I like the new showroom and customer waiting area however the wall sockets for recharging your phones are to far away from the furniture. I did like being brought out snacks while you wait for your Service.
Ok boys, you deserve 5 stars!!! I'm so appreciative to have found this dealership to fix my car so late in the afternoon on my way to ATL from Southport, North Carolina. You guys were so caring and calmed me right down from my scary moment on I20. You fixed my car in less than 40 minutes!!! You made sure it was safe for me to drive to my destination. Thanks so much to Barry, Darin, and the new Assistant Mgr whose first day was today. :)
In addition to great service from the staff, Gerald Jones Ford (and group) does a fantastic job reaching out to the community during it's Thunder over Evans Event. Great time for family fun during the day and a terrific concert with THE BEST fireworks display you'll ever see! Keep up the great work Andy!

Update: First thing in the Am the GM called to explain in detail the warranty situation of our car and my quote. I retract my 1 star and move to a 5. They care and did provide great service...my frustration with my car isn't their problem! Thank you for the call and I will do business here one day again! Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss my APIM replacement and how your service tech failed to do due diligence on the 5 year 100% free FORD replacement.
